Job Description: Hiring Tiles Mason for Belarus—expert in floor/wall tile fixing, leveling, cutting, grouting, waterproofing, and premium finishing
Job Location: BELARUS
Key Responsibilities
Read basic drawings/markings to set out walls, columns, and masonry lines. Measure, mark, and plan tile layout/pattern to ensure perfect alignment and minimal wastage.​
Prepare surfaces (cleaning, leveling, screeding) and apply primer/bonding as required for strong adhesion.​
Cut and shape ceramic/porcelain/stone tiles using a cutter/wet saw for corners, pipes, and edges.​
Apply adhesive/mortar evenly and fix tiles with correct spacing using spacers and leveling tools.​
Do grouting, joint finishing, and cleaning to deliver a smooth, stain-free final look.​
Apply sealant/waterproofing in wet areas (bathroom/kitchen) and ensure leak-proof tiling work.​
Install skirting, tile trims/strips, and edge protection for a professional finish.​
Repair/replace damaged tiles and re-grout joints as per the maintenance or snag list.​
Follow site safety rules, handle tools safely, and maintain a clean work area for quality handover.
Salary & Earnings
Basic salary Range: 900 USD to 1000 USD
Over Time availability and Over Time calculation basis (as per local labour law/company policy).
Work Schedule
Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break).
Working 6 days.
