Job Description: Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Lead daily operations, guest service, staff training, and cost control while ensuring food quality and hygiene compliance. Ideal for professionals in F&B management who can drive sales, manage inventory, and maintain premium dining standards with strong leadership and reporting skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end restaurant operations (FOH/BOH coordination, service flow, daily targets).​
Hire, train, schedule, and motivate staff to deliver consistent guest satisfaction and service standards.
Control costs (including food cost, waste, inventory, and supplier orders) and maintain accurate stock records.​
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution and repeat business.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, as well as local licensing requirements; maintain audit-ready documentation.
Salary & Earnings
Basic salary Range: 2000 SR to 3000 SR
Work Schedule
Duty hours 8 to 10 hours (including break)
Working 6 days.
Leave policy: As per Company Policy/Local Labour Law
